Typically May and June
Take time to reflect on your role. You have learned so much over this past year, and it is important to take some time to reflect on your success and learning points. Reflect on how you can perform at an even higher level, and even though you are tired, model excellence by being fully productive. Start to think about what changes you want to make to bring both more job satisfaction and greater levels of performance in your role as a Principal in the future.
