Onboarding Guide for New Assistant Principals
The Round Rock ISD Onboarding Framework for Assistant Principals is composed of seven phases that are designed to support you through your first year in your new role. For those Assistant Principals that are not hired at the beginning of the school year, it is important that you review the information contained in the Onboarding Guide for New Assistant Principals and coordinate with your Principal on what needs to happen immediately.
As an Assistant Principal in Round Rock ISD, you will be evaluated using T-PESS with the Assistant Principal appropriate rubric.
